The soul of this blend was created from memories of back when my dreams were far away; back when I was roasting in a frying pan and crafting rugged brews for my ragtag unshowered friends using paper towels as coffee filters overlooking my favorite place on earth. Today, the blend is more refined than back then but it remains an homage to the experiences that forged its idea. A blend that's affordable but artisan, accessible but artistic, a coffee that would be augmented by rather than tainted by the smoke from the fire the water it was boiled over. So here it is, the blend for rough and tumble chilly mornings in bohemian paradise where ever that paradise may be.
