Guatemalan coffees have always been one of our favorites and will forever be a mainstay. Although the flavors vary slightly from region and farm they are consistently delicious and carry a predictable and distinct flavor profile. We will always have one in stock because in all my many years of roasting I have found them to always be one of the best. Coffee from Guatemala is distinctly smooth, not just in its flavor and acidity balance, but in its actual texture and mouthfeel like dove brand milk chocolate. This particular coffee has flavor notes of dark chocolate, snickerdoodle and almond.
